What’s the return policy?

Full refund if we cancel due to bad weather (refund is only available if ticket is purchased directly with us). Any changes can be made 72 hrs prior to starting time. No refund or schedule changes for no shows or late arrivals.

Why us ?

Local guides since 2005 pioneers in Tanama between Arecibo-Utuado. We offer out of the crowds and uniques access. Our tubing is the longest at the Tanama with resisting confort tubes. No carry the tubes like some competitor. offer a story telling adventure with thought the Tanama longest route at the river more time in water than the forest.

What is the difference in the routes?

The main difference is they are in different locations.

Which adventure should I choose?

Tanama cave tubing day adventure is more time in the water about 70 of time and we have access in 4×4 plus there is an option to add rappel.

Route 2

If you’d like more time in the forest than in the water then choose route 2.

Safety?

Besides the experience our guides are certified with NCRC (National Cave Rescue Commission) First AID. First aid in wilderness. Inspected equipment, satelital communication to monitor weather and the crew.

What should I bring?

Please be prepared with snacks and water for the adventure, wear athletic clothes and closed toe shoes, preferably hiking shoes, however, gym shoes with good grip are adequate.

Do you offer pick-up or provide transportation?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide pick up or transportation. You must arrive at our meeting point. Please make sure to use the link sent directly to you.

Direction ?

Town south of Arecibo near to the observatory pin will be send depending on the route but we either 5 min from Arecibo observatory

Could I arrive in Uber?

While Uber is available in San Juan and in certain areas on the West Side of Puerto Rico, there is no Uber available in our meeting point. We have had guests that hire a taxi driver for the day—this is the contact 787-384-4348.
